White Glove Delivery Service White-glove delivery service is available for customers in North Carolina who live within a 4-hour driving distance of Asheville. We provide a 1-hour delivery window, unpacking and inspection, assembly (if required), and removal/disposal of packing materials. Contact us directly to receive a quote. Return Policy We stand by the quality of our handmade items. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund, minus any shipping charges. Note that all sales are final for special commissions or custom orders. Return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend insuring return shipments for their retail value to protect against loss or shipping damage. Grovewood Gallery is not responsible for any broken or damaged items shipped by the customer. Refunds Your refund will be processed 1 business day after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered. In addition, there are no refunds or returns on gift certificates. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of shipping. Special or Custom Orders Special and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. Therefore, you will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable. Damaged Items If anything in your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim. Additionally, please retain the box and packaging materials your item arrived in for inspection. We will send you a replacement item if available or provide you with a full refund, including the shipping cost.
