Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping Policy

We ship all online orders (with the exception of furniture and outdoor sculpture) via USPS or UPS within 3 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. All orders shipped to a North Carolina address are subject to sales tax.

International Shipping

We’re sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online. Customers outside of the U.S. (including U.S. territories), will need to contact us directly. Once we know your order details and shipping address, we will get back to you with an estimated shipping quote.

White-Glove Delivery Service

White-glove delivery service is available for customers in North Carolina who live within a 4-hour driving distance of Asheville. We provide a 1-hour delivery window, unpacking and inspection, assembly (if required), and removal/disposal of packing materials. Contact us directly to receive a quote.

Our Return Policy

We stand by the quality of our handmade items. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus shipping charges. Note that return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend insuring return shipments for their retail value to protect against loss or shipping damage. Grovewood Gallery is not responsible for any broken or damaged items shipped by the customer. To initiate a return, email sales@grovewood.com.

Exchanges

Grovewood Gallery does not offer exchanges for online orders at this time. We suggest you place a new order and return the unwanted item(s).

Refunds

Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. We cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged or altered. In addition, there are no refunds or returns on gift certificates. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item minus the cost of shipping.

Special or Custom Orders

Special and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. Therefore, you will be informed at the time of purchase if an item is not returnable.

Damaged Orders

If anything in your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order number so we can file a damage claim. Additionally, please retain the box and packaging materials your item arrived in for inspection. We will send you a replacement item if available or provide you with a full refund, including the shipping cost.

Incomplete Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, please notify us immediately. The best way to report any problem with your order is to email sales@grovewood.com. We will be happy to replace any incorrect items, assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including all shipping costs. Any products that might be missing from your order will be shipped as soon as possible at no additional charge to you.

Packaging Materials

We love our planet! Therefore, in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint, some packages may be shipped using recycled boxes and packaging materials. These are gently used items, so you will likely not notice the difference.
