Small Pitcher

Description

Handcrafted in Brooklyn, New York, this small ceramic pitcher by RachaelPots embodies the studio’s signature balance of simplicity, functionality, and timeless design. Wheel-thrown from speckled stoneware clay, the pitcher features a warm matte brown-speckled lower half contrasted by a soft white speckled glaze along the interior, rim, and upper portion of the handle.

Its clean silhouette and comfortable handle make it ideal for serving cream, milk, or sauces, while the subtle contrast of matte and glossy surfaces highlights the beauty and tactile nature of handmade pottery. Thoughtfully designed for everyday use, the pitcher feels both modern and quietly rustic.

Founded in 2013 by ceramic artist Rachael Scharf, RachaelPots is a small studio based in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, where every piece is carefully handmade on the potter’s wheel. Guided by the philosophy that form should emerge from function, Scharf creates refined homewares that are meant to be lived with and enjoyed daily.

Both durable and elegant, this handcrafted pitcher brings understated beauty to the table, kitchen, or shelf.

Please note: Because each small pitcher is individually hand-thrown, slight variations in color, size, and shape are to be expected and are part of the piece’s handmade character.
