This textured walnut Mezuzah, handcrafted in Asheville by Eddie Aaronson of Windthrow, features a hand-carved shin (ש) on the front. 

A mezuzah is commonly found at the doorway of a Jewish home. It holds a small scroll with a Hebrew prayer written upon it, which states you shall love the Lord your God, with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. These handcrafted mezuzahs are coated with marine-grade varnish, so you can hang them indoors or out. A (non-kosher) mezuzah scroll with the Shema prayer, hanging instructions, and hardware are included.
