Put on your bonnet, grab your basket, and join Grovewood Gallery and the Grovewood Cafe as they host their 4th Annual Grovewood Easter Egg Hunt. This year’s hunt will benefit MANNA Packs for Kids, a nonprofit organization that reaches out to at-risk elementary school children in Western North Carolina. MANNA works closely with school counselors and administrators who become their eyes and ears to recognize when students and their family members may be in need of healthy food over the weekend.
The hunt begins promptly at 11am in Grovewood's sculpture garden. Please arrive a few minutes early and BYOB (bring your own basket) for your goodies. Children ages 2-9 may participate. Cookies and lemonade will be provided for hungry hunters. The Easter Bunny will be stopping by for photo ops so don't forget your camera. Afterwards, hop on down the sidewalk to the Grovewood Café and enjoy a delicious, homemade southern meal. Kids’ menus are available.
